From the moment we walked in, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The indoor swimming pool was spotless and the ideal place to relax. The leisure room had a fantastic ambiance and was the perfect spot to enjoy TV shows. Our room was exclusive with luxurious features and unique facilities. The restaurant provided exquisite buffet breakfast and the private facilities exceeded all expectations.
The beach access was not available, that was the only downside we experienced.

The hotel was located in a great central area of Vedado, with easy access to everywhere bars and restaurants. Many guests mentioned that the rooms were spacious and had a nice view from the balcony. Some visitors also praised the breakfast for being adequate and the service provided by the staff.

The hotel's historical significance adds a unique charm to the overall experience. Being able to stay in a building that once housed Fidel Castro's headquarters is definitely a highlight. Additionally, the convenient location near Old Havana and various attractions makes it easy to explore the city and immerse oneself in its rich culture.
The elevators definitely need some improvement. With only three elevators for a 25-storey building, the wait time can be quite long.
